Teaching and Healing Philosophy
Dr Janis Gruska is a thirty year veteran of naturopathic medicine graduating from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland Oregon. Throughout her professional career she focused her attention on the health and wellbeing of women and children. After years of clinical practice, Dr Gruska chose to share her expertise through educating future physicians in naturopathic medicine. Currently she is an academic & clinical associate professor at Bastyr University California teaching gynecology and pediatrics. Her goal as a practitioner is to create an attentive and compassionate atmosphere which supports positive change through life transitions
