Fernanda Brusamolin is the Chair of the Department of Nutrition at Bastyr University California. She joined Bastyr in Fall, 2015.
Fernanda has been a practicing culinary nutritionist for over 15 years, with both community and private practice experience. She has built a thriving culinary education business in San Diego with over 2000 cooking classes taught.
Her major interest areas are therapeutic diets, culinary culture and early culinary literacy.
Fernanda's teaching philosophy is simple: teach the whole student. She strives to pair their passion with the right purpose
