Current Roles
Dr. Neary is the chair of the Department of Physical Medicine at Bastyr University and a clinical supervisor at Bastyr Center for Natural Health. He spent four years in practice with a medical doctor (urologist) focused on men's health. He also has maintained a private family practice since 1996 and is contributing author of the textbook Naturopathic Physical Medicine.

Interests
Dr. Neary has a special interest in physical medicine modalities (spinal and extremity manipulation, hydrotherapies, and physiotherapies), hypothyroidism, chronic fatigue, metabolic syndrome/weight loss, female hormonal imbalances, high blood pressure, diabetes and food allergies.
Philosophy
Dr. Neary's philosophy is to treat the whole person, utilizing the least invasive methods possible, while maintaining a primary focus on the prevention of illness.
