Application Requirements

Doctoral Programs

Applicants must have three or fewer outstanding pre-requisite courses at the time of application and submit the following materials to be considered for admissions for a doctoral program: 

$75 application fee (non-refundable)
Official transcripts from all previously attended higher education institutions
Current resume or CV (Doctor of Acupuncture only)
Complete an interview, if required

Graduate Programs

Applicants must have three or fewer outstanding pre-requisite courses at the time of application and submit the following materials to be considered for admissions for a graduate program: 

Online application
$75 application fee (non-refundable)
Official transcripts from all previously attended higher education institutions
Current resume or CV (for Acupuncture and Maternal-Child Health Systems programs only)
Complete an interview, if required

Undergraduate Programs

Undergraduate transfer applicants apply with coursework still outstanding. A minimum of one prerequisite course as well as 60 quarter (45 semester) units must be completed before applying. Applicants must submit the following materials to be considered for admissions to an undergraduate program:
